Une soirée sur le thème Casino Royal avec notre équipe Casino Momento pour animer les jeux casino de la soirée; tables roulette, tables Poker, tables Black Jack, Roue de fortune ainsi que nos Tables Découvertes – produits du terroir avec la table des fromages, la table des chocolats, la table des charcuteries. Le tout animé par le DJ Alan et l’organisatrice de l’événement Nathanielle Fiset, présidente des Événements Momento.

Client : Centre de Données Maritimes Date : May 10, 2019 On May 10, 2019, Événements Momento had the honor of planning, organizing and coordinating the evening celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Centre de Données Maritimes. This prestigious event brought together over 100 customers, partners and employees in the incomparable Port of Montreal model hall. An enchanting setting The room, decorated and furnished especially for the occasion, offered a most spectacular setting. The 61' by 9' model of the Port of Montreal, along with a number of maritime artifacts and ship models, created a unique and elegant ambience. A warm welcome Guests were warmly welcomed by General Manager Benoit Forest and employees of the Maritime Data Center. Throughout the evening, they were treated to delicious appetizers, wine and chef-prepared dishes, and photobooth shots. Music by the Jazz Midnight Trio and DJ Yannick Proulx added to the festive atmosphere. Tribute to the builders A speech by the General Manager highlighted the 50-year history of the Maritime Data Centre and paid tribute to the work of past directors, board members, employees and staff in attendance. A lasting souvenir To thank guests for attending the event, CDM presented them with a gift bag containing several items bearing the logo of the Centre de Données Maritimes, as well as a CO2 offset gift certificate. The certificate symbolizes the Centre de Données Maritimes' commitment to sustainable development. The purchase of trees for each guest offset 17.83 tonnes of CO2 for this event. The Momento Events team is proud to have contributed to making this evening a resounding success and a milestone in the history of the Maritime Data Center.

Client: Private Date: January 19, 2019 A 1950s corporate Christmas party for employees and management of an international company based in Montreal. We welcomed the 250 or so employees and management of an international company based in Montreal (the client asked to stay private) for their 1950s corporate Christmas party in the beautiful venue of the Windsor Ballrooms on Peel in downtown Montreal on January 19, 2019 It was in the magnificent and elegant architectural rooms of the Windsor that we organized and decorated the event for our group under the 1950s. The guests were welcomed into the Peacock Alley by our team of hostesses and thematic 1950s characters - another signature theme of Momento Events high in demand since its creation. After their registration and receiving their welcome gifts; the guests were lead to take their official photos in the thematic photo booth and were then directed to the Peacock Alley room decorated with a French Renaissance style for the welcome cocktail, with DJ, appetizers and cocktails. A transfer to the Salon Windsor for the second part of the evening: with its majestic Victorian-style, with six-meter ceilings decorated with gilding crystal chandeliers and rich architectural details, the guests quietly settled at their tables for the start the 4 course dinner. Dinner time was animated by the word of the President, the official photos of the evening projected on the giant screens, our animator and DJ also animated the drawing of gifts during the dinner. In addition, we spiced up the meal with several performances such as a magnificent choreography by Geneviève Gagné created especially for the evening of our client and interpreted by several employees of the company, then we had the performance of two swing dancers, artists recently on the program Revolution and to finish the dinner with the illuminated performance of Marianne Trenka a Hola Hoop artist. The dessert was served in the Peakcock Alley as the Band Elektrik began their performance and got everyone on their feet. We then gave way to our DJ Yannick to continue the festivities and the guests danced until the wee hours of the morning. A late lunch was also served late in the evening. We are very proud of yet another event perfectly orchestrated and organized by the Momento Events.

CLIENT : Proaction International Date : October 25, 2018 October 25, 2018 was the third edition of the Performance Summit; an event imagined and created by Proaction International and organized by the Momento Events for a third consecutive year. It was at the Queen Elizabeth in Montreal that we welcomed more than 400 business managers for a day of conferences on the theme of Performance and Networking Breaks. The main theme of the day was Manager 4.0: is not a robot. The October 2018 event was successful.

Client: Steamatic Laval Date: May 3, 2018 Red carpet, ribbon and a cocktail in hand, what could be better to finalize the official visit of a company’s new facilities. Add to this Momento’s Discovery Tables with local products in order to combine the pleasure of tasting, the attraction of the game, the satisfaction of learning and the thrill of the challenge while having a great time! Just like a real casino, participants bet on the tables while tasting their beer knowledge, by finding essential aromas, discovering pâtés and charcuteries or the rich variety of our local cheeses. Installed in our new warehouse, we have arranged four gambling tables, chic bistro tables, dimmed lighting in order to tone down the industrial fluorescent lights and a DJ mixing a subtle yet energetic sound allowing optimal networking. This evening allowed to make the warehouse visit a unique and pleasant experience for all!

Client: FPM360 Date: May 24, 2018 On May 17th, at the Espace 360° in the Pointe-à-Callière museum, under a beautiful springtime sun, was held the FPM 360 client appreciation evening. Wanting to have an exceptional event for their preferred clients, Momento’s Local Products Discovery Tables were an absolute must! The evening was designed as a cocktail, from 5 to 7, but really lasting until 10 pm. Guests were greeted by our hostesses at the end of a long red carpet. They were then escorted towards the Espace 360 on the 3^rd floor. Located on the rooftop of the building, the beautiful glass pavilion charmed everyone’s eyes with its breathtaking view of the Old Montreal. Enjoying the sounds of a jazz trio with a cocktail in hand, guests discovered beers, bubbly, local cheeses and chocolates! Two Discovery tables were installed on the outside deck, allowing guests to enjoy the sunset while the other two tables inside, allowed them to enjoy the jazz trio and local bites and Quebec spirits served at the bar. Original and surprising, Momento Discovery Tables allow to marry the pleasure of tasting, the attraction of the game, the satisfaction of learning and the thrill of the challenge while having a great time! For that particular evening, beers from Dieu du ciel brewery, the delicious chocolates from Chocolaterie Colombe, charcuteries and pâtés from the Duc de Montrichard as well as the Bijoux  sparkling wine were selected. Au mois de février 2018, Événements Momento a organisé l’après-concert de l’Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, L’OSM Éclaté à thématique funk – année 1960. Suite au «Concert à l’aveugle : une expérience sonore avec Kent Nagano », le public était invité à se déguiser selon la thématique funk et à venir danser sur la musique mixée par le collectif Voyage Funktastique. Située au foyer Allegro et réalisé sur 4 étages, Événements Momento était en charge de l’animation pour l’accueil avant concert, les festivités après-concert, la création des décors et de l’animation thématique. C’est avec enthousiasme que nos organisateurs ont plongés dans cette belle thématique des années colorées de 1960 à 1970 afin de faire de cet événement une réussite! Avant le concert, les invités ont été accueilli par nos hôtesses incarnant The Supreme, nos hôtes jouant Stevie Wonder et James Browns  ainsi que nos artistes qui déambulaient dans nos bulles géantes,  Show Bulle À la sortie du concert, tenant un cocktail création offert par Milos et entouré d’un décor format géant teinté de la thématique funk, les invités ont été accueilli sous les rythmes festifs rappelant les années funk offerts par le collectif Voyages Funkastique. Plusieurs ont été emportés par l’ambiance et ont fait ressortir leur ‘’Soul’’ et leur ‘’Funk’’ sur le plancher de danse ! Les invités avaient également accès à un photobooth thématique et sont repartis avec une photo imprimé en souvenir de cette soirée. We welcomed the 300 or so employees and management of an international company based in Montreal (the client asked to stay private) for their party in the beautiful venue of the Windsor Ballrooms on Peel in downtown Montreal on January 20, 2018 It was in the magnificent and elegant architectural rooms of the Windsor that we organized and decorated the event for our group under the Black and Gold masquerade theme. The guests were welcomed into the Peacock Alley by our team of hostesses and thematic masquerade characters - another signature theme of Momento Events high in demand since its creation. After their registration and receiving their welcome gifts; the guests were lead to take their official photos in the thematic photo booth. The guests were then directed to the Salon Versailles decorated with a French Renaissance style for the welcome cocktail, with DJ, appetizers and cocktails. A transfer to the Salon Windsor for the second part of the evening: with its majestic Victorian-style, with six-meter ceilings decorated with gilding crystal chandeliers and rich architectural details, the guests quietly settled at their tables for the start the 4 course dinner. The dinner commenced by a word from the Director of Human Resources, the official photos of the evening projected on the giant screens and our master of ceremony also hosted the draw of gifts during the dinner. In addition we spiced it all up with several performances by ballet dancers and Opera singers. The dessert was served in the Peakcock Alley as the Band Elektrik began their performance and got everyone on their feet. We then gave way to our DJ Yannick to continue the festivities and the guests danced until the wee hours of the morning. A late lunch was also served late in the evening. We are very proud of yet another event perfectly orchestrated and organized by the Momento Events.

On October 19, 2017, the second edition of the Performance Summit was held; an event imagined and created by Proaction International and organized by the Momento Events. We had the chance to hold the first edition of the Sommet Performance Le rappel : an event imagined and created by Proaction International and organized by the Momento Events. The October 2016 event was a success and, at the general request, three outstanding conferences are back in a half day formula that will revolve around a single theme: Performance. We hosted more than 300 business managers at the Westin Montreal for a day of conferences on the theme of Performance. The day also included Networking Breaks, amazing food, great service and small gifts for our guests. We received as speakers:

We spent the whole summer at the Centropolis Laval animating the information booth at the Place Centrale. It is in the family atmosphere already very present at the Centropolis that we welcomed visitors every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Every Thursdays there were live artists playing on the terrasses of the different restaurants present at the Centropolis. This made for a lively evening with song and dance. Fridays at 8pm on the main stage was where all the live shows and performances took place.  Artists like Sara Dufour, Patrick Lehman, Mary and the Moonshiners and many others. Throughout the summer there were many different special activities. Starting with La fête du Solstice in June, The OSL performing in July and Cinema under the stars in August.  Ending with the Éco-Gourmand event in September.  This event brought together local produce, merchants and the public. With free family cooking classes and a Chef cook-off, this event is a nice new way to learn about the tendencies and products of the city of Laval.

We had the chance to represent Domaine Labranche across the province in numerous festival in 2017. Our staff was present at Marché Art et Saveurs, at the Écomarché,  the Mondial des Cidres, Québec city’s Plein Art , at Magog’s Vendanges,  at YUL EAT and at the Saint Tites Western festival in 2017. We were able to showcase the unique corporate culture experience from this family owned winery while giving a perfect customer service experience. From Québec to Chateauguay, we had the pleasure to have thousands of people discover Domaine Labranche’s fine alcoholic beverages. The Domaine Labranche, which includes a sugar bush, a cider and a vineyard; develops alcoholic beverages from the fertile lands of Saint-Isidore. This results in distinct products highlighting the uniqueness of Quebec lands. Innovative products and high quality! The Domaine Labranche is a cozy sugar shack but also an apple shack! We welcomed the 500 or so employees and management of Sandoz Canada at the Domaine Choquette in Varennes on June 17 2017. It’s in the festive and family friendly atmosphere that we welcomed our guests and their family in a Superheroes themed evening.  The guests were welcomed by our team of hostesses and thematic Superheroes personas - a Sandozien superhero was especially created for the occasion. The guests were welcomed by our Superheroes and directed towards our themed photobooth. They were then directed towards the games, like volleyball and a scavenger hunt that were hosted by our staff for memorable hours of fun the young and old alike. Our Master of ceremony and DJ created a great atmosphere with upbeat music and animation. He then gave the spotlight to the president and his team for a light hearted speech before lunch.  All enjoyed a copious meal as well as a frozen treat.

Date: June 16, 17 and 18, 2017 Client: Proaction International We welcomed the 180 or so employees and management of Proaction Canada at the enchanting Manoir des Sables in Orford, Qc. It is in this relaxing atmosphere that we started off the weekend festivities with a welcome cocktail in the Albatros Bar, followed by a méchoui served by no other than Obelix and our famous magician Idéfix. The employees feasted on a delicious meal which included several different cooked meats and salads. The guests were then directed towards the huge outdoor camp fire to end their night roasting marshmallows and hot dogs by the fire. Saturday morning started off with a golf tournament followed by the croquet and volleyball tournament. Guests who wished to simply relax had the entire pool filled with blow up burgers, lolly-pops and beach balls. After a buffet style lunch, it was time for the relay-obstacle course and the slip-and-slide! Around 6pm it was time to take a moment and reboot with a nice shower and nap before the evening festivities. Around 7pm, the dinner opened with a cocktail and a word by the committee.  Official photos of the evening were taken by our photographer and our master of ceremony and our DJ Eric also hosted the prizes given during the dinner. We had a surprise for our guest! Keeping a secret actfrom a client is not always easy, but our client had complete trust in us. So it is after the dessert portion of the night that our guest were escorted outside for the big surprise....Fireworks !!   After the fireworks the guests invaded the dance floor as and danced till the wee hours of the night. What a great way to end an eventful weekend.

We welcomed the family and guests in the beautiful Cabaret Lion d’Or to celebrate the recent wedding of Léon and Patricia which took place in the Philippines Starting with the official photos as the guests entered on the red carpet. The night started off with everyone getting into the Moulin Rouge theme. Friends of the groom, who took on the role of the Master of Ceremony and DJ, played some old school music in the background as the cocktails were served. Once the entire wedding party arrived, the band played their first set and the service of the three course meal was put in place. During the meal pictures from the wedding ceremony in the Philippines were projected on the big screen. Our MC diversified our guests with some fun games and quizzes. After the meal the band was back on with some rock and roll. After dessert it was time for some dancing. The DJ played music till the wee hours of the night as our guests sang along and danced to the beats. A wonderful night for a wonderful couple. A theme worthy of their love and commitment to each other.

We welcomed the 140 or so employees and partners of Bernard MNJ at the Mont Blanc in Laval on September 28^th, 2017. It is in the festive atmosphere already very present at the Mont Blanc that our guests were welcomed by our team of hostesses. The guests were welcomed by our staff and directed towards the photobooth for the official photos. The guests were then directed to the welcome reception, where they were served with appetizers and cocktails. The evening opened with a word by the President, the official photos of the evening projected on the giant screens, our master of ceremony and DJ also hosted the evening for our guests utmost satisfaction.  A trio of acrobats amazed the crowd by showing off their talents all night long. We had a chance to welcome a famous Harpist that played for our guests while they were networking and were welcomed by a very artistic flautist. The guests invaded the dance floor with our DJ. A successful evening at all levels which ended in with a wonderful surprise gift for all of our guests.

It’s in a festive atmosphere that Kronos’s employee welcomed their friends and family to celebrate the 60^th anniversary of Kronos Canada and the 100^th anniversary of Kronos international. Located in Varennes, Kronos Canada, producers of the highly dangerous substance that is Titanum Dioxyde, took advantage of their anniversary to open their door to outsiders for the first time since they opened in 1957. Momento Events’s hostesses welcomed our guest and directed them for the hour long guided factory tour that was appreciated by all. The participants were impressed by the magnitude of Kronos’s installations and the highly effective security measures (SST training, fire truck, train control, etc). After the visit, guests were showed a video of the company’s historic 60 years in a museum especially created for the occasion. Kids appreciated the bouncy castles and inflatable games installed outside for hours upon hours of fun, with Ice cream and coton candy at everyone’s disposal. A makeup artist was there to transform the kids into pure artwork. There was a huge BBQ, where everyone could eat and enjoy the DJ. An amazing day to celebrate signed Momento’s Events.

The guests were welcomed into the Peacock Alley by our team of hostesses and thematic Moulin Rouge characters - another signature theme of Momento Events high in demand since its creation. After their registration and receiving their welcome gifts; the guests were lead to take their official photos in the thematic photo booth. The guests were then directed to the Salon Versailles decorated with a French Renaissance style for the welcome cocktail, with DJ, appetizers and cocktails. A transfer to the Salon Windsor for the second part of the evening: with its majestic Victorian-style, with six-meter ceilings decorated with gilding crystal chandeliers and rich architectural details, the guests quietly settled at their tables for the start the 4 course dinner. Client: Sandoz Canada Date: December 17th, 2016 We welcomed the 500 or so employees and management of Sandoz Canada at the Renaissance Convention Center in Montreal on December 17th, 2016 for their Christmas Party. It is in the festive atmosphere already very present at the Renaissance Center that we decorated the space for our group under the Winter Wonderland theme. The guests were welcomed by our team of hostesses and thematic Winter Wonderland personas - a signature theme of Momento Events in high demand since its creation. The guests were welcomed by our personas and directed towards the mezzanine for the official photos taken at our themed photo booth. The guests were then directed to the welcome reception, where they were served with appetizers and cocktails. Room transfer for the second part of the evening: the guests quietly settled down at their tables to start the 4 course meal. The dinner opened with a word by the President, the official photos of the evening projected on the giant screens, our master of ceremony and DJ also hosted the games and the prize draw during the dinner. We had a surprise for our guest! Keeping a secret act from a client is not always easy, but our client had complete trust in us. So it is after the dessert portion of the night that our guest Saxophonist displayed his talent with our DJ and put the guests in the dancing mood before the Band Off The Wall took the stage. The guests invaded the dance floor as soon as the Saxophonist performed and they blazed it up with the band's performance and our DJ. A successful evening at all levels which ended in the wee hours of the morning.

Client: Proaction International Date: December 16th – 18th, 2016 For a 4th consecutive year, Momento Events has planned, organized and coordinated the Holiday Gala event for the management and employees of Proaction International. This year's theme: Masked Ball. Like every year; the event is kept secret during its planning. Only the date and place are communicated to the employees a few months before the event. It was at the Ritz Carlton Montreal that we welcomed the management, the employees and their spouses. The evening of Saturday, December 17^th started off with an opening cocktail on the 2nd floor in the gold and gray Salon. A jazz trio played in the background as masquerade masks and air brush make-up were being done on-site. Photo booth for the official photos of the night.  Not to forget the mouth watering cocktails and appetizers. The guests then went downstairs and entered the magnificent ballroom of the Ritz Carlton Montreal, the Oval Room. A 5 course meal was served, a presentation by the company's director to highlight the employee of the year, the 5-year Club and the 10-year Club. The employees were delighted with the beauty of the place and the room that we decorated with black, gold, red and mauve. We reserved a surprise for after the main meal; none other than the comedian Sugar Sammy for a performance adapted to the company and its employees who come from Quebec, France and the United States. He remained on site following his performance, for a period of photos and signatures. The dessert was served in the Palm Court; this splendid lounge serves as a year-round tea room at the Ritz Carlton. A video booth and a makeup space were waiting for the guests during the dessert service and for the remainder of the evening. The guests returned back in the Oval Room, for a passionate performance by a Tango duo, before the Band Elektrik too their place on stage. The evening continued with the presentation by an electronic saxophonist, with our DJ Steve Candela and our VJ Marc-Olivier. Adding to this were also presentations by performing artists, dancers and an illumination artist.

Client: ELOPAK Date: November 26th, 2016 It was on November 26th, 2016 that we welcomed at the Mont Blanc in Laval on the north shore of Montreal; some 300 guests for the ELOPAK employees and management Christmas party. The employees were accompanied by their spouses. The evening began with a cocktail hosted by our team Staff Momento with our Winter Wonderland themed characters, a signature thematic of the Momento Events. Our characters animated the thematic photo booth while taking the official photos of the evening, moreover the performance by the hands-on artists: The Triplets allowed the guests to take pictures with them and of course the mouth-watering cocktail service by the Mont Blanc put the guests in the right mood. In a spectacular turn of events: Curtains  were suspended in front of the second room which was hidden: Once the curtains open; our Ice queen hanging on a suspended hoop welcomed the guests for this second portion of the evening as our Winter Wonderland figures and The Triplets helped the guests find their seats at their respective tables. The evening was animated with the DJ on the turntables, a game of musical chairs, a quiz, the draw of several prizes and all was topped off by the breathtaking live performance of aerial silks while the guests enjoyed their 4 course meal. The evening of course ended on the dance floor! Another successful night, signed Momento!

Client: MAPEI Date: December 1st, 2016 We welcomed for a 3rd year the employees and management of MAPEI for an 80’s themed party at the Château Royal in Laval for their holiday party. It was on a red carpet that the Welcoming team of Momento Events greeted the guests. The room was decorated with the theme of the 1980s, with Pac man items recalling the 80's, colorful center pieces, pinball and arcade machines, performance act by circus artists ‘The Triplets’ and also an animated thematic photo booth by Staff Momento. Starting off the night with a word by the company’s President, the draw of several participation prizes and an opening cocktail that put the guests in the 80’s mood! The 3 course dinner menu was a "turning table’s dinner", a concept that allows guests to take their supper in 3 steps by changing tables and table partners for each service. This concept allows guests to have the chance to engage with people they know less and spend some time with members of management. This formula has always been a great success in our events! The evening continued in style with a 2nd performance by The Triplets circus performers and games based on the theme of the event. The evening came to an end with a DJ, casino gaming tables and the bubbles Discovery Table - local products, a concept signed Momento Events. A totally successful holiday party!

Client : MAPEI Date : 1 décembre 2016 Nous avons accueillis pour une 3^e année, les employés et la direction de la compagnie MAPEI pour un événement party des fêtes thématique des années 80’ au Château Royal à Laval pour leur party des fêtes. C’est sur un tapis rouge que l’équipe d’hôtesses des Événements Momento a accueillis les invités. La salle décorée avec la thématique des années 1980 avec des pacman, des itemps rappelant les années 80’, des centres de tables colorés, un espace pour des jeux pac man et pin ball, de l’animation des triplettes artistes circassiennes et également un photobooth thématique animé par une équipe d’animateurs de Staff Momento. Le tout animé par le mot du Président et le tirage de plusieurs prix de présences. Un cocktail qui a mis les convives dans l’ambiance! Le souper 3 services était en formule «souper tournant», un concept qui propose aux convives de prendre leur souper en 3 temps en changeant de table et de partenaires de tables pour chaque service. Ce concept permet aux convives d’avoir la chance de réseauter avec des gens qu’ils connaissent moins et de passer un moment avec les membres de la direction. Cette formule a toujours un vif succès dans nos événements! La soirée a continué en beauté avec une 2e prestation triplettes artistes circassiennes et des jeux autour du thème de l’événement. La soirée a continué avec un DJ, des tables de jeux casino, la table découverte des bulles – produits du terroir, un concept signé Une soirée des fêtes totalement réussis!

Client: Proaction International Date: June 17-18-19, 2016 On the beautiful site of the Fairmont Le Château Montebello, Proaction International hosted the 2016 summer weekend; Chic Corporate Event. Every year, a secret event is held for company employees from several countries (Canada, Quebec, the United States and Europe). This is the 4th edition of this event. We put together a whole weekend to make the most of this gathering to spend quality time with their colleagues and foster cohesion, team spirit and thus help develop a sense of belonging and adherence to the company’s values. We welcomed the guests to their delight in the Outaouais region, on the magnificent site of the Fairmont Le Château Montebello. Theme of the weekend?  Country Chic! BBQ at sunset on Friday night with a special guest artist: Bastian Baker. A golf tournament, a bocce ball tournament, volleyball tournament, swimming pool and sunbathing on the Ottawa River, etc. We ended this wonderful, sunny weekend with a festive evening overlooking the Outaouais River on Saturday. A special menu of stations created by the Chef of Château Montebello, thematic animation, a mechanical bull and a thematic photo booth, S'mores tasting on the fire, a country dance course and the Lipstick Rodeo Band presented a firework display on the Ottawa River at the end of the evening. Client: Gen & JP’s Wedding Date: September 9th – 11th, 2016 In one of the most beautiful places to organize a wedding in Quebec; The Sacacomie Hotel is a choice of luxury. Both for its service and for the beauty of its location. It is in this majestic landscape and in the renowned hotel that we organized and coordinated the wedding of Gen & JP. We welcomed the bride and groom, their families and their friends for a weekend of activities on the enchanting site of Sacacomie. Descent into rabaska, hiking trails and a treasure hunt for the kids during the day Saturday, while we were finalizing the small details for the ceremony and wedding reception. It was an intimate ceremony on the terrace with the mountains and Lake Sacacomie as their backdrop. A vibrant and touching ceremony for a couple, who have been together for 25 years, still promising to each other years and years of happiness. Our team shed a tear along with the guests. Cocktails served to the guests while the bride and groom and their children took pictures with the beautiful landscape. Then, it was time to party! Food stations, photo of the couples’ 25 years together projected on several giant screens. Kids’ corner reserved for the children with games of all kinds. The evening was completed with a ROAST by a childhood friend, performances by Dany Placard and Marco Calliari. Surprise performance by a couple of friends for their first dance. DJ, the bride and groom each had a surprise prepared for one another. A dynamic dance show by the bride, her daughter and several of her friends who were present for the wedding! Bouquet and garter toss and a flight of Chinese lanterns with wishes for the bride and groom. Ending the night with a late lunch and a S'mores station! Client : Privé Date : Juin 2016 C’est avec grand plaisir que nous avons organisé avec notre cliente privée; un événement privé surprise thématique Casino Moulin Rouge pour le 50^e anniversaire de son époux. Nous avons donnez rendez-vous une heure avant l’arrivée du fêté aux quelques 60 invités pour lui faire un accueil surprise qui sort de l’ordinaire. Les invités étaient tous installés dans le restaurant aux tables et au bar masqués, silencieux et immobiles lorsque notre complice et le fêté sont entrés dans le restaurant le Novo Ostéria situé dans l’hôtel Impéria à Saint-Eustache. Après quelques minutes à laisser le fêté se poser des questions; un de ses amis d’enfance chanteur de rock s’est mis à chanter quelques chansons spécialement choisi pour lui et c’est à ce moment que le fêté à compris la situation et que les invités se sont levés pour aller lui souhaiter un bon anniversaire! Client: Private Date:  June 2016 It was with great pleasure that we organized with our private client, a surprise Moulin Rouge themed Casino evening for the 50th anniversary of her husband. We asked close to 60 guests to arrive an hour before to give him a welcome surprise that was out of the ordinary. The guests were all seated quietly in the restaurant disguised with masks, when our accomplice and the birthday boy entered the Novo Ostéria restaurant located inside the Hotel Impéria in Saint-Eustache. After a few minutes of asking himself questions, one of his childhood friends, a  rock singer began singing a few songs specially picked out for him and it was at that moment that the birthday boy understood the situation at hand and it was then that the guests got up to wish him a happy birthday! Successful Surprise! To put in a nutshell this magnificent evening; included a seated meal and a special menu composed for the event, speeches and testimonies of love! A Dj, activities and dancing. Thematic personalities imagined by our agency; Our Candy girl and some Moulin Rouge hostesses. Poker, Black Jack tables from our Casino Momento division and Discovery Table of Odors from our Discovery Tables Local products division. A photo booth and a special gift for the birthday boy offered by our client: a burlesque performance by the beautiful Scarlett James. Client : McKesson Canada Date : 28 septembre 2016 Texte complet : C’est dans les magnifiques locaux de McKesson Canada dans l’ouest de l’île de Montréal, qu’a eu lieu un événement privé 5 à 7 pour les clients et partenaires de McKesson Canada le mercredi 28 septembre 2016. Les invités ont pu découvrir le concept unique des Événements Momento -  Les Tables Découvertes – Produits du terroir. Les convives ont ainsi pu «réseauter» sous fond de musique lounge en découvrant et en dégustant de façon ludique; des produits québécois avec notre concept de dégustation à l’aveugle sous forme de jeu de type casino Black Jack. Les Tables Découvertes suivantes étaient proposées aux convives : La Table Découverte des chocolats, la Table Découverte des fromages du Québec, la Table Découverte des charcuteries, la Table Découverte des vins et notre dernière création; la Table Découverte des bulles. Nous avons «mixés» deux des concepts les plus populaires de nos Tables Découvertes (la Table Découverte des odeurs  et la Table Découverte des vins) et avons créé  la Table Découverte des BULLES : les invités peuvent ainsi découvrir le produit Bijoux de Breuvage Ocean un vin effervescent servi en canettes et les sirops de mixologie du Bar Le Lab spécialement créé pour Momento. Client: McKesson Canada Date: September 28th, 2016 Introduction: A 5@7 Customer networking event that comes out of the ordinary with Casino Momento - the Discovery Tables - Local products. Full text: A private 5@7 event for customers and partners of McKesson Canada took place on Wednesday September 28^th, 2016 in the beautiful premises of McKesson Canada in the West Island of Montreal. Guests were able to experience the unique concept of Momento Events – Discovery Tables - Local products. With lounge music playing in the background, the guests were able to "network" and recreationally enjoy discovering Quebec products with our concept of blind tasting similar to a blackjack casino type game. The following Discovery Tables were offered to the guests: The Chocolate Discovery Table, the Cheeses of Quebec Discovery Table, the Delicatessen Discovery Table, the Wine Discovery Table and our latest creation; Sparkling Wine Discovery Table. We have "mixed" two of the most popular concepts of our Discovery Tables (Odors Discovery Table and Wine Discovery Tables) and created the Discovery Tables on Sparkling Wines. Guests can discover the product Bijoux Beverage Ocean an effervescent wine served in cans and Mixology syrups by Bar Le Lab created especially for Momento. Added to the evening were appetizers, surprises and one lucky winner of a gift basket containing products sampled at our Discovery Tables. La salle décorée avec la thématique brésilienne avec des palmiers, des centres de tables colorés, un espace lounge thématique avec son mur de verdure et de fleurs, un espace pour des jeux d’adresses, une prestation coloré de danseurs brésiliens, et également un photobooth thématique animé par une équipe d’animateurs de Staff Momento. Le tout animé par le mot du Président et le tirage de plusieurs prix de présences. Un cocktail qui a mis les convives dans l’ambiance! Le souper 3 services au menu brésilien était en formule «souper tournant», un concept qui propose aux convives de prendre leur souper en 3 temps en changeant de table et de partenaires de tables pour chaque service. Ce concept permet aux convives d’avoir la chance de réseauter avec des gens qu’ils connaissent moins et de passer un moment avec les membres de la direction. Client: MAPEI Date: December 3, 2015 For the second consecutive year, we have received the employees and the management of MAPEI for their company Christmas party. 2015 was host to a Brazilian theme that was held at the Château Royal in Laval. Guests were greeted on a beautiful green grass carpet by our very own Momento Hostesses then were invited to the Tiki-bar to learn how to make the Brazilian signature cocktail: The Caïpirinha. This fun activity was taught by the Château Royal Barman team while the Chefs of the place cooked up some flaming shrimp appetizers for guests to enjoy. The theme was extended to the decorations of the space as well; Colorful centerpieces, a lounge area with palm trees, the previously mentioned Tiki-bar, as well as a decorated photo booth with a tropical flower wall and fun little accessories for guests to pose with. Participants could also find games relating to Brazil animated by our animation staff as well as an impressive dance number lead by authentic Brazilian dancers. All this followed by a word from the President and participation prizes made this a memorable experience for all involved. The Brazilian inspired three course dinner was in the format of ‘’turning tables’’. This is a concept that invites guests to change tables and dinner partners between each service. This allows for everyone to network with others they might not normally have the chance to speak with, as well as spend a moment with the members of the management team. This formula is always a huge success in our events! The evening continued with a second dance presentation that was followed by a dance lesson. Guests were invited to join the dancers on the dance floor and learn a few moves. The Dj then kicked off the night with great jams, Casino tables were open to players and our very own signature Discovery Table was opened for guests to come and discovers scents. Additionally, we animated a baby foot table, dart game and other activities to keep guests busy and having fun throughout the evening. A successful company Christmas party signed Momento

Client: Sandoz Canada Date: September 19, 2015 Family Day for Sandoz Canada employees In September 2015 there was a very special event for Sandoz Canada employees and their families. We welcomed them to the magnificent Parc de la Mairie de Boucherville (which Sandoz Canada is a proud partner); For a family day where there were several inflatable games, relay runs, make-up stand for the big and small and a clown balloon sculptor to entertain the children.   A DJ was mixing multi-cultural music to highlight the multi-cultural nature of Sandoz Canada's employees: over 43 nationalities from all over the world are represented in this company! A wealth that we wanted to bring out during this event!   Gourmet popcorn, cotton candy stations and a delicious mechoui was feasted on by the guests who sat out in the sun to enjoy their meals and network.   The event also celebrated Sandoz Canada's 10th anniversary. After a word from the President and the Council of diversity and integration and the drawing of several door prizes; We unveiled a giant cake made up of 1200 cupcakes with the image of Sandoz Canada, Novartis and the 43 nationalities present. An unveiling that surprised and delighted the guests.   There were 35  Momento Events employees (several freelancers from our event staffing department - Staff Momento). They helped facilitate and supervised the security of the event. It must be emphasized that the weather was on our side for the realization of this event, for it was 28 degrees on this beautiful sunny day of September 19th, 2015.   A memorable day for all the participants of this event and especially for our team who had a great time organizing and animating this family day for Sandoz Canada!   The second edition of this event is scheduled for the fall of 2017.

Événement Momento a organisé l’événement privé - Kent Nagano célèbre l’Halloween – OSM éclaté au Salon Urbain de la place des arts à Montréal. Les invités du Concert du 30 octobre 2015 sont arrivés pour la plupart déguisés pour cette soirée spéciale organisée par l’Orchestre symphonique de Montréal en collaboration avec Événements Momento. Le mandat des Événements Momento pour l'événement privé OSM éclaté 2015; comportait la création du décor sur les 4 étages de l’OSM, l’animation et le décor et l’organisation du party privé au Salon Urbain. Les invités ont été accueillies par nos quatre magnifiques hôtesses Sugar Skull et des personnages halloween excentriques qui déambulaient dans des bulles géantes, les Showbulle. À la fin du concert nous avons ensuite accueillis les invités dans le Salon Urbain où les attendaient notre équipe pour les faire festoyer et danser sur la musique de DJ Abeille Gélinas et les deux musiciennes Joannie Labelle aux percussions et Isabelle Verville à la trompette. Un cocktail création était offert généreusement par Milos. L’OSM et le Salon Urbain de la Places des arts étaient teintés des décors thématiques nous rappelant nos grands compositeurs décédés. La soirée était également animée sur les écrans géants par notre VJ Marc-Olivier Comeau. Chaque année, un événement corporatif secret est organisé pour les employés de l’entreprise qui proviennent de plusieurs pays (Canada, Québec, États-Unis et Europe). Cette année nous leur avons concocté une fin de semaine entière afin de leur faire profiter au maximum de ce rassemblement pour passer du temps de qualité avec leurs confrères et consœurs et favoriser la cohésion, l’esprit d’équipe et ainsi aider à développer le sentiment d’appartenance et l’adhésion aux valeurs de l’entreprise. Nous avons accueillis les convives à leur plus grand bonheur dans les Laurentides, dans le magnifique site de L’Estérel Resort. Thématique de la fin de semaine? Summer Vibe! Un vent d’été et un week-end d’activités pour plaire à tous et à toutes. BBQ au coucher de soleil, tournoi de golf, bateau et ski nautique, promenade à ponton, tournoi de pétanque, tournoi de Volley Ball, spa, bain de soleil, etc. Nous avons terminé cette magnifique fin de semaine ensoleillée avec une soirée festive avec vue sur le lac Dupuis le samedi. Un menu spécial créé par le Chef de l’Estérel, de l’animation, plusieurs jeux gonflables et jeux d’adresses, dégustations, un spectacle d’artiste de feux, le Band Elektrik et nous avons présenté un feu d’artifices épique sur le lac. Client : Nationex Date : June 18,  2015   It's on a beautiful sunny and warm day in June that the Momento Events team and the Nationex management and sales team welcomed customers and prospects of the company at its headquarters in Saint-Hubert on the South Shore of Montreal. The event which was held in a marquee had as goal to celebrate the 35th corporate anniversary of this Quebec company that specializes in the delivery of parcels throughout Quebec and Canada. Secondly; the event was to introduce the management team and the sales team to customers and prospects of the company and allow them to get in touch with them. Third visit to the headquarters of the company, its warehouse and to exhibit the unique computerized system developed by Nationex. Fourth: the aim was to bring to life an interactive experience, pleasant and allowed a privileged contact with the guests. Momento events thus creating a friendly and festive atmosphere in a marquee with entertainment, a DJ, and appetizers and cocktails service. We had our team on site Staff Momento / dealers our animators to animate the Discovery Tables - Local products to entertain the guests and invite them to discover products from here; as Quebec cheeses, beers from microbreweries chocolates. The event was a great success! We wish Nationex another 35 years of success!

Client : Le Balthazar Quartier Dix-30 Date : 22 avril 2015 C’est sous la thématique Les Justiciers du Houblon inspiré par le logo en Z du Balthazar qu’a eu lieu l'événement du lancement officiel et médiatique du Resto Pub Le Balthazar au Quartier Dix-30. C’est 550 personnes, 50 personnes gagnantes du concours CKOI et plus de 50 médias qui ont répondu à l'appel; qui se sont présenter au lancement du 22 avril 2015 et qui ont ainsi pu vivre l’expérience Balthazar. Les participants ont pu goûter le menu unique du Balthazar et déguster quelques-unes des 100 bières de micro brasseries servies au Balthazar. Client : The Balthazar Quartier Dix30 Date : April 22, 2015 It is under the theme; The Avengers Hop that has held the event and the official media launch of Resto Pub Le Balthazar. It's 550 people and more than 50 medias were able to live the experience and Balthazar were able to taste the unique menu of Balthazar and savor some of the 100 micro brewery beers served at Balthazar. The animation of Show Bulle (Bubble Show)- giant bubbles animated by dancers looking like Zorro, Zorro masks, Circassian artists hung in their aerial hoops, served the beer La Célébrante, band and DJ to close the evening. Client : MPI Montréal-Québec Date : April 17, 2015 It was on April 17, at the OMNI Mont-Royal that the congress #Convivum15 took place. The Convivium is the annual training day for members of the MPI Montreal & Quebec association and for all the people of the meetings & events industry; event planners, caterers, audio-visual suppliers, representatives of hotels and rooms event, and all the different providers of event area; such as furniture, bar services, event staff, florists, entertainment, etc .. Organized by Momento Events as well as MPI Montreal & Quebec board members who volunteered as mentors for ITHQ’s Event Planning graduates during their final internship. The day rolled out with 30 minutes TED conferences. The #Convivium15 was an interactive event offering the possibility to interact with the guest speakers using an Ipad, social media contests and a variety of activities held under the theme “Spring Tonic”. Extended breaks allowed for exhibitors and participants to meet and mingle. It is also important to mention that this event was certified as Ecoresponsable BNQ-1 by CQEER. Client : Proaction International Date : December 6, 2014 Proaction International Christmas party & anniversary gala of the company was held in the majestic space Le Parquet in CDP Capital downtown Montreal. This annual chic gala event eagerly awaited by employees all the year. The event was special for this 2014 edition; since the company highlighted its 10 years of existence. The eveneing started with a cocktail and exhibition on the 10th anniversary of the compangie with piano and champagne. Client : Private client Date : December 9, 2014 It is in the unique space of the glass roof of the Museum of Fine Arts in downtown Montreal that we welcomed some 100 people picked for upscale private event that has delight guests. The guests were able to visit the current exhibition that highlighted the expressionist painters, having visited the exhibition; we welcomed them in a space reinvented to follow the expressionist themes. So we proposed interactive stations bites very creative with Tartar bubbles suspended in a tree, a fruit table and Quebec cheeses or a sphere as beautiful eye candy that good for the taste buds and all with wines granted to bites. In addition we made fun and challenging diners with the tasting of different products from Quebec to the Discoveries Tables - local products, all to the tunes of a jazz trio. The 2014’s Gala Elite of CCIMN is the closing event of 4 MN. This is a competition that aims to publicly recognize Montreal North companies that stand out for their success and their involvement in the dynamic economic planning. The event highlighted the achievements, talent, creativity, innovation and influence of local businesses in addition to sharing the pride of belonging that drives economic players in Montreal North. Under the theme of the comedia del arte; the guests were welcomed in a colorful setting and characters of comedia del arte, thematic photobooth with masks and costumes for the official photos of the event during the cocktail with jazz trio and small Italian bites. The guests were invited to move to a second room for the dinner party and gala awards ceremony, the Mayor of the city of Montreal was present to acknowledge the outstanding work of Montreal North entrepreneurs. Renddvous the first forum in sustainable development for PME in Eastern Montreal held on October 14, was awarded the Level 3 of the BNQ 9700-253 standard for eco-friendly events issued by the Quebec Council of eco-responsible events (CQEER). A forum on sustainable development for the Eastern Montreal SMEs headed by the S.E.R.I.C.. The S.E.R.I.C. is a non-profit solidarity cooperative is an organization created by the will of a group of industrialists of the Borough of Anjou, to build capacity to address the green in the east of Montreal. The event took place at CEGEP Marie-Victorin; it was obvious to hold the event in a place that is recognized as a green CEGEP. The day consisted of lectures, workshops and delivery of certifications SERIC and Recyc-Québec during the closing cocktail. A successful first edition! Momento Events was in charge of the management and coordination of a group of 100 people which came from Europe, Canada and the United States at the USANA Convention in Salt Lake City. Momento events was in charge of welcoming members to inform them of all the events and direct them during the week. Several appointments and time events have gathered the members of the GSA / TSA team during the week. The guests were welcomed with a glass of bubbles product of the cider Domaine Cartier Potelle, a cider house that belongs in part to Jean Cartier Packaging owners.
Guests were treated to a presentation of Jean -Cartier packaging of products and services by expert guest speakers, speeches of members of the management and a compagny and its facilities tour  .

Each year, a secret event is organized for company employees. This year we have welcomed guests to their greatest happiness on a private island in Les Îles de Boucherville. The event on the theme of RIO – BRAZIL has the color and joy in the eyes of the guests. We stunned them with the music, dance and Brazilian band, show and dance workshop Capoeiristas, Sambistas. A a bewitching shaman, fighting jujitsu, body painting, a creative workshop of flip flops, a collective and interactive painting with the of the artist, a colorful candy bar, candy floss, plus drinks and Brazilian meal. Client : Centre AEKUÜS April 23, 2014 It is in the magnificent space of the restaurant Lola Rosa on Du Parc street in Montreal as we marked the 5th anniversary of AEKUÜS Centre, a center for physical education and preventive health. Client : À Chacun son histoire! Date: December 16 to 23, 2013 Christmas event. Momento Events had as its main mandate the transformation of À chacun son histoire! Daycare. To each his story for a week of events of the holiday season. The mandate was to create a magical setting for the holidays in all the daycare spaces. In addition we organize a theme animation christmas day for 80 children from the daycare. To see the children's eyes when they entered the daycare was a real pleasure for our team. We hired a team of comedians to host a special show for children, goblins cheerfully animated the day and activities. Parents were invited to the end of the day to experience Santas Claus and his elves for the delivery of gifts to each child. In addition there was a theme for the photos official photobooth memories. Another successful event!

Client : Chaos Création November 30, 2013 Casino tasting: an interactive blind tasting activity of local products with a casino game? This is possible with tables Discoveries - Local products are still much in demand for events. We were there for a Christmas party organized by Chaos Création. Our team of animators / dealer animated 400 guests with Discovery Tables of beers, spices, smells (olfactory table) and jellies local throughout the evening. Client : Proaction International December 7, 2013 Christmas party Cabaret Moulin Rouge. The guests were welcomed in the spectacular theater Caf'Conc at Mariott Chateau. Predestined room to receive an evening like we organized for Proaction International. We dazzled the guests upon their arrival in the dining room; pianist, appetizers and bubbles and animated characters with premium Moulin Rouge and taking official pictures cocktail. We have slowly caught up to the guests at their table: the evening began with a high color facilitator who led the evening with performances while guests enjoyed their meal services 5. Special issue with Elizabeth Blouin-Brathwaite & Gen Forest, several performances of dancers - cancan dancers who competed to show real Moulin Rouge. Guests also had the pleasure to share a humorous moment with Cathy Gauthier, to continue with an electric band and end the evening with DJs and percussionists.

UFC fighters, artists, Quebec stars and the public, met for a photo session with the fighters. Animation, UFC broadcast on giant screen, music and swag, was offored for this TVA Sports event.

Client : TVA Sports September 13th to 16th , 2012 For TVA Sports during the 2012 Montreal Davis Cup, at Uniprix Stadium. Momento Events was in charge of visibility of TVA Sports, during the Montreal Davis Cup. A team distributed bottles and was in charge of public participation to a contest, and also managed the TVA Sports VIP for the TVA employees who are tennis fans.

Client : Le Balthazar Centropolis November 2011 Le Balthazar Resto Pub launch at Centropolis. It’s in November 2011, that Le Balthazar Resto Pub opened its doors in the Laval Centropolis. Momento Events organized the evening, reserved to media and V.I.P.s. The guests discovered beers from Quebec microbreweries, and the menu was proposed by Le Balthazar.

It’s in the magnificent Château Taillefer-Lafon, that will take place the event recognizing the ‘’Reno-Maîtres’’ to award them Palm trophies. Networking, hors-d’oeuvres, instruction from a renowned sommelier and sampling of Château Taillefer-Lafon products, was on the menu.

Client : IME – Isolation multi Énergie March 21st , 2012 Open House event of the IME factory and Mongrain Isolation. This is the first time the company Isolation Multi Energy (IME) opened the doors of its plant in Terrebonne. Momento events supported ideation, planning, organization and coordination of the open house event. Moreover Momento Events was responsible for the communication and management of sponsors. The open door day of the event and offered a guided plant tour hosted by the event staff to be able to show guests the first automated assembly line in North America. The tour ended in the space of the factory refurbished lounge for VIP evening for partners and customers of the company in a thematic setting for a journey to the far north to link with the company's service and its involvement in the development project of the far north.
