On the beautiful site of the Fairmont Le Château Montebello, Proaction International hosted the 2016 summer weekend; Chic Corporate Event.
Every year, a secret event is held for company employees from several countries (Canada, Quebec, the United States and Europe). This is the 4th edition of this event.
We put together a whole weekend to make the most of this gathering to spend quality time with their colleagues and foster cohesion, team spirit and thus help develop a sense of belonging and adherence to the company’s values.
We welcomed the guests to their delight in the Outaouais region, on the magnificent site of the Fairmont Le Château Montebello.
Theme of the weekend? Country Chic!
BBQ at sunset on Friday night with a special guest artist: Bastian Baker. A golf tournament, a bocce ball tournament, volleyball tournament, swimming pool and sunbathing on the Ottawa River, etc.
We ended this wonderful, sunny weekend with a festive evening overlooking the Outaouais River on Saturday. A special menu of stations created by the Chef of Château Montebello, thematic animation, a mechanical bull and a thematic photo booth, S’mores tasting on the fire, a country dance course and the Lipstick Rodeo Band presented a firework display on the Ottawa River at the end of the evening.
The evening ended in the wee hours of the morning with DJ Steve Candela at the turntables.
