For a 4th consecutive year, Momento Events has planned, organized and coordinated the Holiday Gala event for the management and employees of Proaction International. This year’s theme: Masked Ball.
Like every year; the event is kept secret during its planning. Only the date and place are communicated to the employees a few months before the event.
It was at the Ritz Carlton Montreal that we welcomed the management, the employees and their spouses.
The evening of Saturday, December 17th started off with an opening cocktail on the 2nd floor in the gold and gray Salon. A jazz trio played in the background as masquerade masks and air brush make-up were being done on-site. Photo booth for the official photos of the night. Not to forget the mouth watering cocktails and appetizers.
The guests then went downstairs and entered the magnificent ballroom of the Ritz Carlton Montreal, the Oval Room.
A 5 course meal was served, a presentation by the company’s director to highlight the employee of the year, the 5-year Club and the 10-year Club.
The employees were delighted with the beauty of the place and the room that we decorated with black, gold, red and mauve. We reserved a surprise for after the main meal; none other than the comedian Sugar Sammy for a performance adapted to the company and its employees who come from Quebec, France and the United States. He remained on site following his performance, for a period of photos and signatures.
The dessert was served in the Palm Court; this splendid lounge serves as a year-round tea room at the Ritz Carlton. A video booth and a makeup space were waiting for the guests during the dessert service and for the remainder of the evening.
The guests returned back in the Oval Room, for a passionate performance by a Tango duo, before the Band Elektrik too their place on stage.
The evening continued with the presentation by an electronic saxophonist, with our DJ Steve Candela and our VJ Marc-Olivier. Adding to this were also presentations by performing artists, dancers and an illumination artist.
