In one of the most beautiful places to organize a wedding in Quebec; The Sacacomie Hotel is a choice of luxury. Both for its service and for the beauty of its location. It is in this majestic landscape and in the renowned hotel that we organized and coordinated the wedding of Gen & JP.
We welcomed the bride and groom, their families and their friends for a weekend of activities on the enchanting site of Sacacomie. Descent into rabaska, hiking trails and a treasure hunt for the kids during the day Saturday, while we were finalizing the small details for the ceremony and wedding reception.
It was an intimate ceremony on the terrace with the mountains and Lake Sacacomie as their backdrop. A vibrant and touching ceremony for a couple, who have been together for 25 years, still promising to each other years and years of happiness. Our team shed a tear along with the guests.
Cocktails served to the guests while the bride and groom and their children took pictures with the beautiful landscape. Then, it was time to party! Food stations, photo of the couples’ 25 years together projected on several giant screens. Kids’ corner reserved for the children with games of all kinds. The evening was completed with a ROAST by a childhood friend, performances by Dany Placard and Marco Calliari. Surprise performance by a couple of friends for their first dance. DJ, the bride and groom each had a surprise prepared for one another. A dynamic dance show by the bride, her daughter and several of her friends who were present for the wedding! Bouquet and garter toss and a flight of Chinese lanterns with wishes for the bride and groom. Ending the night with a late lunch and a S’mores station! A magical evening that will remain engraved in their memory and in the hearts of all those who were present.
